Hi! I am so excited to meet you on your wellness journey! I approach health holistically, including evaluation and practices to help improve the mind, body, nervous system, and energy. I believe it is important to have simple tools and healthy habits you can take home with you and support for more than just your physical being. I have been a group fitness instructor for over 10 years, starting with the joyful power of Zumba and moving into yoga. As a personal trainer, I love to encourage new ways to explore moving your body with mindful awareness. I also help bring awareness to posture and quality of movement to find alignment, mobility, and tone. I have a specialization in pregnancy, postpartum, and the pelvic floor. I offer support to find stability, strength, and also relief and ease from stress and strain in our most sensitive areas. I also focus on feet as the base of our being that are connected to our entire body.
Hourly rate: $85
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required

I always start with celebrations and a check in. It’s easy to take for granted the good things in life, and to forget to check in with how we are doing. These are small habits that can completely change your life and health. We will create a plan together to determine what we will focus on each session, depending on your goals, timing and equipment available. I start with alignment and proper form, and then progress and challenge. We will always warm up and cool down and have another check in/reflection at the end.
A client I have been working with for a little over two years told me the other day that working together has completely changed her life. Not only has her strength and balance improved greatly, she continues to build connection and trust in her body. For a while, she felt much discomfort opening her back and her chest, carrying a lot of tension in these areas and her shoulders and neck. As we built trust together, she was able to open these vulnerable, protective areas, exploring the discomfort and moving through it to find physical and emotional freedom. She understands that this is a journey that takes work, and we are both extremely proud of her growth!
