Lauren has been my personal trainer for over a year and continues to push me in different ways. In our time together I have lost 20 pounds and have changed not only the way I look at exercise but the foods I choose to consume. Lauren makes things fun and we laugh a lot during our hour together that sometimes you barely notice that she is kicking your butt. We use the TRX, BOSU, kettlebells, you name it! It's always different and always challenging. She keeps you focused on your goals and helps you to create new ones too. She makes it very easy to want to keep coming back....I don't dread our time together and I certainly have noticed an overall difference in my body as well as my spirit!

I have been training with Andrew for over 2 years.  Before training we did an assessment and also discussed both long and short term goals.

I view Andrew more as a coach than a trainer,  He will tell you the why's of a specific exercise and he keeps the workouts fairly intense but not to the point of failure.  He has done this a long time and is knowledgeable  and can work with teen and those who are in their 60's and beyond.  I am confident I am stronger, have better balance and much less likely to sustain an injury during a workout or playing a sport.

Since I've began training with Matt, I have seen more progress, have been more motivated, and have taken my work outs to a level I never even thought possible.  I've also obtained an incredible understanding of my physical potential/boundaries/strengths/limitations, as well as a better understanding of proper fitness and how to apply it to not just my work outs, but daily life.

Matt not only has a very professional and relatable approach to training you, he also genuinely cares that you progress and do so in a way you understand the why's and how's of what you're doing. With competition among trainers nowadays, this characteristic is truly a rare and refreshing trait that Matt so eloquently possesses.

Whether I'm in his group classes or training 1-on-1 with him, Matt keeps in mind my abilities while still pushing me to ensure each work out is the most effective. I used to be confused and shy with working out, and carried many fears with my approach. Matt makes you feel incredibly comfortable and explains the process so well that you soon bust out of your comfort zone and start gaining confidence. He has been a god-send to my fitness and my only regret is that I didn't find him sooner! I have never been more motivated and confident with my body! Matt is the absolute best!

I've worked out with John over the course of 30 sessions and I'm thrilled with his dedication,  professionalism, and organization.   We typically train at 5:45am or 6am three days a week, and John is always at the gym before me and ready to go.  He has documented plan in hand, a vision for what we're going to work on that day, and how plan for how that fits into my overall goals.   Also, based on his previous experience and education, he has a ton of knowledge and great approach to addressing those injuries that come up when you're training hard.  I've worked with several other personal trainers in the past, and while I liked them all, John is by far the best.  I'm glad I found him, so much so, that I decided to sign up for another 30 sessions.  I can't wait to get to work on those.

What impressed me most about Ron was his knowledge and passion toward fitness. Not only he explained how to do each exercise, but explains what muscle groups and functional movements we are working on and why. Since starting workout with Ron and Tri-Fitness, everything has improved, my strength, power, aerobic capacity, flexibility and my waist is 2 inches smaller. My lower back pain is gone and I can now pick up my one-year-old child without any pain in my back. Working with Ron has also greatly improved my core strength and functional movements. Most of all he makes working out FUN! I never worked out before I started with Ron and Tri-Fitness. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to get in shape and use a personal trainer.
