About Elizabeth Mooney
I have the best job in the world. I am passionate about creating meaningful connections and building authentic relationships with my clients to help them work towards being the best versions of themselves. I enjoy exercise programming and implementation, but I am truly in my element when I get to work with a client on goal setting and behavior modification. I have over 5 years experience with guiding clients through goal setting and 2 years experience as a trainer. My current goals are to obtain my nutrition coaching certification and begin massage therapy training to further aid my clients in healing their bodies and minds. When life gets too overwhelming, I find that asking myself one question can usually put everything back in perspective: How can I serve others today?
Hourly rate: $60

Typical Training Session
I take a “function first” approach to training to ensure injury prevention and overall health. Our bodies have seven primal movements: bend, push, pull, twist, lunge, squat, and gait. I design my sessions to include them all (and usually some form of inversion for the physical and mental health benefits).
I begin with core and stability training and then progress depending on the client’s needs. I am focused and playful during a training session and love to help my clients do things they never thought possible!
