About Luke Noyes

I am a young individual who has been an athlete my entire life and have been lifting since I was 12. I have a lot of experience in the weight room and have been training friends and family for a few years now. I also train athletes at different youth camps where skills are developed. I am currently a collegiate football athlete at Fitchburg state university. I believe I am very easy to work with and bring a positive uplifting attitude to every session. I thrive to get the best out of all my clients so they go home living a happier and healthier life.

Training Professionally Since
December 1, 2019

Typical Training Session

They can expect a 5-10 minute warm up consisting of full body and range of motion exercises. In my warm ups I make sure to do some core training as the core is essential to almost every exercise. From here we Weill get into the lifting part of the session. At the end will be static stretching/flexibility training

Client success story

The client I’m most proud of is a friend in my home town who came to me last summer after gaining 30 lbs from quarantine. He came to me seeking help losing weight, gaining muscle/strength, and wanting to be more athletic as he had dreams of playing football for a semi pro team. A year later he has lost 40 lbs, gained a great amount of size, is very confident in his appearance, and he is very proud of the weight he has been putting up. In terms of sports performance his balance went from unable to stand on one leg to being able to do pistol squats with no problem and even catching tennis balls and jumping on one leg. He also went from a 5.4 40 yard dash to a 4.9.

Hobbies
I enjoy training, football, and smoothies
