I am a medical student and will be graduating as a Doctor in 1 year, and will be pursuing further training to become a psychiatrist. I am passionate about the mind-body connection, mental/emotional health, and holistic health. I have a Master Practitioner Level Certification in Reiki, which is an ancient energy healing practice originating from Japanese and Indian cultures focused on restoring the body’s energetic health and the processing of deeper emotions. I have personally practiced Reiki for 1.5 years, and have been practicing meditation for 5 years and would love to expand my knoweledge beyond my personal work. That, in combination with my clinical experience, I believe is a power combination to be able to help others on their own inner journey towards healing.

The mind, body, and soul are all interconnected; to neglect one is to do a disservice to others and to Self. I believe in healing the root causes of our suffering and helping others clear a path towards that healing in their personal lives.

From a session, my goals with clients would be to learn how to connect to their own mind/body, practice mindfulness, learn the basic principles of meditation and energy healing, better listen to their own voice, develop strong boundaries, connect to their personal mission/dreams, and learn healing techniques (visualization, affirmations, mindfulness, somatic techniques) to use in their own lives.
