I’m a mindful wellness facilitator, certified personal trainer, and energy practitioner with over 30 years of experience spanning corporate wellness leadership, fitness, emotional support, and healing arts — all served with a side of sass and a wink toward joy. My background includes a BA in Psychology from Dartmouth College and an MBA from George Washington University. I’ve guided clients of all ages and stages—including seniors, injury recovery, and anxiety-prone clients—toward strength, balance, and confidence through mindful movement. My current goal is to expand seated and restorative fitness offerings for folks who want to feel strong, safe, and maybe even a little fierce again — all without doing burpees or burning out.
Hourly rate: $95

A typical session begins with grounding breathwork and body check-in. We move into gentle mobility, strength, or functional movement customized to your energy, goals, and body needs that day. Sessions often conclude with a short, guided recovery or breath integration. Sessions may be seated, standing, or fully customized depending on your preferences and mobility level.
J was once a gym rat, but years later found herself facing bone-on-bone knees and a torn bursa in her hip. After completing physical therapy, she struggled to maintain movement alone. Together, we focused on bodyweight exercises to gently increase her range of motion, added wall-supported upper body work, and incorporated modified walking with an adjusted stride. Her confidence, mobility, and ability to move with ease returned — on her terms.
