Typical Training Session
Every hour-long sessions will have a short warm-up and cool down. I personalize every program based on the client’s goals. So, the workout will vary from person to person. The main workout may set up in circuits, supersets, or even a combination of the two or more base on the goal we are trying to reach. I also like to set up goals outside the sessions to aid my clients in achieving their goals.
Client success story
I had a member of the club I work at coming to me after he was released from physical therapy for a hamstring injury he got from running. He enjoys running and wanted to get back to running regularly again. The physical therapist got him to the point where e could walk but running was still painful for him. I help him by correcting his gate pattern and so he learned to safely load his injured leg. Once his leg was strong enough we started to introduce running. We used the pose method because it reduces the impact on the body. Now he runs with no pain in his and is planning on running a 10k when it gets cooler again.
