About Emily Mikrut
Hi there, my name is Emily Mikrut. I’ve been a certified personal trainer for a little under a year now. I have background experience with working one-on-one as well as in group settings, so bring a buddy along! I’ve worked with people from all different walks of life. Before I was a personal trainer, I trained as a gymnast for six years. On my free time I like to spend time with family and do American Ninja Warrior obstacle courses.
