Hi, my name is Milana!
I started working in fitness during my graduate school years and ultimately decided that this is where I wanted to stay! I began training full time in 2016 and haven’t looked back! I have since ventured away from corporate fitness and have founded More Than Fitness.
More Than Fitness teaches us how to approach fitness differently. Because Fitness is more than dieting and exercising. Fitness is about community, play, movement, and nutrition – and it looks different for everyone. I take my clients on a journey of real, long-lasting, holistic transformation of the mind, body, and soul.
Hourly rate: $100
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
A typical training session starts out with a check in on your nutrition, followed by a warm-up and finishes off with some stretching.
The in-between is based on your goals and needs and usually incorporates a mix of strength training and cardio.

Milana gave me a very clear workout routine and changed it every week she also made time out of her busy schedule to meet with me in person and do measurements and talk about how I was doing and tips on what I can change for the next week. She also gave me a macro starting point and that helped me to balance what I was eating. Milana truly loves what she does and that’s what makes her a great trainer.
