Training philosophy

Lead by example if you believe it you can see it

A typical session

With me as a trainer, people will learn about exercise, I want to create in each person I train a healthy habit, and that they train for pleasure . As former trainer of martial arts I Learned to work with consistency and discipline, The method for everyone to discover their own abilities through a guide is an excellent companion on the path.

Client success story

I started working in July with a Patient that had a severe hemorrhagic Stroke, has been a truly challenge for me ever day, but it has also teach me a lot about the importance of moving and how the human body works, miracles does exists but I believe that if you combine this with hard work and a good attitude results will speak for themselves
