Hola! I’m Pamela and I have about 4 years of experience in fitness, body movement, and body work! I am a stretch technician, certified Yoga teacher including pre/postnatal, Gua Sha muscle scraping specialist, dance teacher, Pilates/barre instructor, and licensed k-12 educator! Hablo español.
I got my bachelors degree in dance where my love for how the body moves and works grew! I enjoy learning about the musculoskeletal system, including how myofascial release and somatics affect the mind body connection.
My goal with fitness is to help you realign/rehabilitate your body, rid aches, and pains! I strive to help you feel relaxed and move more freely!
Hourly rate: $45
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
The practice will depend on the needs and goals of the students. We will discuss your physical limitations, practice level, and goals. I will then conduct a class that is anatomically sound, from a holistic wellness approach, using modalities such as somatics, myofascial release, essential oils, breathwork, body alignment, body strengthening, and stretching to create an atmosphere of mind-body awareness.
Each class will be completely tailored for your body. Yoga classes typically includes a breath practice with an intention/theme, a warm-up, asanas (poses), a balance pose, cooldown stretches, ending with savasana and a savasana massage. Pilates/barre classes typically include body centering, warm up , core
pilates exercises, and cool down with stretches.
I believe yoga can bring peace, relaxation, alleviate chronic pain, and promote holistic wellness. I enjoy seeing the growth and relief my students experience through my classes.
