I have over 10 years of strength & conditioning coaching experience. I worked in professional baseball as a strength coach, working with the Detroit Tigers, Seattle Mariners, and the Chicago White Sox. In 2017 I was named the Northwest League Strength & Conditioning Coach of the Year. I have experience training NFL/collegiate football, and collegiate basketball players as well. I have a passion for helping athletes maximize athletic potential, as well as helping individuals reach their fitness goals. I am certified through the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach (CSCS) and a Registered Strength & Conditioning Coach (RSCC).

Training should be individualized, sport specific, and evaluation and testing should guide the program. Teaching proper technique is vital for injury prevention as well as maximize outcomes.

Workouts will include a dynamic warm-up, corrective exercise movements based off the testing & evaluation, a comprehensive strength & conditioning routine specific to the sport or desired goals, and cool down period which includes flexibility/stability/mobility training.
