I am a NASM-certified personal trainer with a background in athletics and a strong foundation in functional movement. My coaching style is focused on helping clients build strength, resilience, and confidence in ways that support long-term health — not just aesthetics. I currently work with a wide range of individuals, from beginners to recreational athletes, and emphasize proper movement quality, injury-risk reduction, and performance in daily life. I am also pursuing a career in physical therapy, and I bring that lens to my programming by prioritizing safe mechanics, joint integrity, and evidence-based progression. My goal is to meet clients where they are and help them move better, feel better, and stay better for the long run.
Hourly rate: $100
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required

Training with me is supportive, individualized, and solution-oriented. I am caring and empathetic, and I genuinely invest in your success — not just during the session, but in how training shows up in your daily life. I problem-solve instead of forcing a one-size-fits-all plan, and I’m comfortable working around injuries, limitations, or lifestyle barriers to keep you progressing. You can expect to be listened to, challenged appropriately, and coached by someone who believes you are capable of more than you may think — and is committed to helping you get there safely and consistently.
When Terry first came to me, she was an 80-year-old woman with severe anxiety about falling. She relied on a cane, avoided certain movements, and felt her independence slipping away. Together we built a program focused on resistance training, balance work, gait training, and agility — not just to strengthen her body, but to rebuild her confidence. With consistent training and gradual exposure to controlled challenges, she learned to trust her body again. By the end of our work together, Terry was walking cane-free and living independently with a renewed sense of safety and confidence.
This is the kind of transformation I care about most — not just stronger muscles, but a stronger life.
