My journey into fitness started as a teenager when I began martial arts, which became a lifelong passion. I learned early on the value of health throughout my training in different styles. Years later, I used my knowledge and skill to help others meet their fitness goals. For instance, I have instructed seniors through a combined program of Tai Chi and personal trainer, which enabled them to improve their balance, mobility, bone density and overall health. I have also successfully helped clients of all ages become stronger, lose weight and improve their energy. I believe that if you change your health, you change your life!
Hourly rate: $90
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
During a typical session, I review client goals, come prepared with several sets of exercises and modalities such as weighted medicine balls and dumbbells that are strategically designed to help meet those objectives. I assess how a client performs each movement to make sure client safety and efficacy is maximized and prevent injury. I take the client through exercises specially designed to meet their goals taking into account factors such as age, safety, any current injuries or health problems, etc.
I have had numerous client success stories. One such success story includes a client, named Giulia Dozzi, whose goal is weight loss and overall improved health. I started training her in August 2024 and in 3-4 months, she lost nearly 30 lbs even after taking several weeks off due to COVID. I provided her with dietary recommendations as well as a set of exercises to do on her off days, which helped expedite her weight loss.
Another success story is Dave LaSota, an elderly cancer patient who was losing muscle mass and energy due to chemo treatment. I started training him in March 2023, he has continued to train even after a year and has made significant progress in improving his muscle mass and energy level.
