I have been a trainer and nutritionist since 2009 and work with women struggling to find happiness in their body and life. I specialize in Peri Menopause, strength and mobility with pelvic floor focus! I live in an RV with my 3 dogs and cat and truly love teaching others how to live a healthy and strong life. Typical Training Session

Each session starts with light stretching to get the body warmed up followed by core training and pelvic floor activation. We then go into lower body training then upper body. If specific areas need attention, we focus there first. Each session includes mobility, strength, pelvic floor and flexibility.


Client success story

Recently I had a client frustrated because she was taking 2 group fitness classes a day and eating 1200 calories and not losing any weight. I changed her plan to include MORE food and less cardio, which she thought was crazy. But once we got her body slowed down and out of flight or flight with more fuel from food, she started dropping body fat and gaining muscle. We think we need to workout hard and sweat or we’re not doing enough, but our bodies need slower, heavier training with spurts of HIIT to get better results.


Hobbies
Spending time outdoors, hiking, sunrise walks and breath work.
