My approach to personal training is a bit unique. Using my personal fitness app we will be training on a daily basis instead of just once or twice a week. On the days that we aren’t physically together you will complete your workouts and nutrition in the app and track it so that I can monitor your progress.
When we see each other in-person, each session will begin by warming up and activating the appropriate muscles for 5-10 minutes. Then we will jump into our main exercises, which will take the majority of the session. We’ll then finish with 5-10 minutes of recovery and stretching. You will also be able to contact me through the app 24/7 with questions or any additional support.
