Typical Training Session

The main portion of the session will focus on specific exercises and training modalities tailored to the client’s goals and needs. This may include strength training exercises using bodyweight, free weights, machines, or resistance bands, as well as cardiovascular exercises, functional movements, and flexibility exercises.
