I have been lifting weights since I was only 14 years old. At this time I was overweight and unhappy so I taught myself how to workout. I went from a high body fat percentage at 140 pounds ,down to 90 lbs. From there I built my body how I want it and am now a healthy and fit 175 lbs. I went through my own journey which truly helped me both inside and out, in spirit, in mind and in body. It was this journey that made me pursue training. I aim to help people become the best version of themselves inside and out. I have been a personal trainer now for over four years and have changed the lives of many people.

Typical Training Session
I aim to satisfy my client in the best way that I can. When it comes to my sessions, I always modify sessions and personalize exercises according to my clients needs and goals. I make sure that the client has fun, is being challenged, and gets closer to their goals every session. A typical session will include a warm up, main workout session, and a cool down. If a client is a fat loss client then I like to do circuit training with them. If a client is a muscle gaining client then I like to focus on weight training and strength training with them.

I worked with a young mother of 2 children who had a larger belly after having her last baby. After a short time with me her stomach was completely flat. She was no longer struggling with body image or lack of energy. She was able to be there for her children and family more. She told me that I completely changed her life and to this day she still works with me. She lost a total of about 30 lbs.
