I like to keep the process as simple as possible with my clients as I found it is the most effective way to help them see and maintain their results.
Every consultation, I ask everyone the four Ws
What do they do for work?
What’s their number 1 goal?
Why is that their goal?
Why haven’t they got there?
Most people might have similar goals in fitness and in life, however as a fingerprint is unique to an individual so is each client’s journey.
Fitness has really intertwined with my personal life and the biggest thing that is perceived now by me is that the destination is not as important as the journey in getting there. Because only then can my clients really fall in love with the process and with themselves in a way that they never would’ve even thought of.
What the combination of unmatched discipline coupled with the right structure I can guarantee results to anyone but most importantly it is my grounded philosophy that I change my Clients’ life by being the example and coaching them on life.
Hourly rate: $100
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
Every session will be unique to each client but an example of an hour session would be a five minute warm-up followed by 30 to 45 minutes with strength and resistance training, and dynamic recovery for the rest of the session for example SMR, pnf stretches, or cardio focused on lactic acid reduction
When I used to be a personal training manager, I had a client come in wanting to consult with me about weight loss medication. She wanted to lose over 100 pounds however with the right frame of mind we work together and she got started with personal training instead
Within six months, she was halfway to her goal losing an average about 8 pounds a month!
Even when she felt demotivated or like the goal was miles away I made sure that she fell in love with the process rather than the goal. And then the results that she initially said, just came as a byproduct.
She lost over 100 pounds within a year and a half of personal training with me and still to this day. we stay in touch
