McCallister Fitness is a family owned Personal Training studio. Kerin and I are determined to create a judgment-free environment that promotes openness, inclusion, good health, and fitness, with a constant focus on the success of our clients. I started training as a hobby in 1990 and professionally in 2003. I have dedicated myself to creating a fitness protocol that is highly effective, repeatable, and accessible to all.

Typical Training Session
All sessions begin with a client check-in to assess what you brought to your workout today. Your check-in determines how much of our scheduled workout protocol is followed that day. While client needs determine sessions specifics, a typical session may include Myofascial Release (MFR), Mobility work, Core Training, and Resistance Training.
