My fitness background starts from playing competitive ice hockey for the last 23 years. I have developed a passion for building physically and mentally strong performers, I implement these strategies of mind-body connection to improve your fitness results! I started training at hockey camps 4 years ago and fell in love with helping others enjoy the game. Now I aim my pursuits in helping others achieve their fitness goals by discovering yourself capable first and foremost. I have a Bachelors of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Superior, in Exercise Science and Sports Management. I am a ACE-Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist holding current CPR Certification. Training philosophy
My training philosophy stems from athletic performance and functional training to be an overall elite performer.
A typical session
My sessions involve HIIT meaning we will be working the full body all the time. Going from legs, to core, to arms in a single working set to maximize strength gains and fat burning!
Client success story
Both my favorite clients success stories are from two different Nancy’s. Two awesome female clients that came to me in there late 40’s and mid-50’s, not sure what to do and if there was any hope to see results/lose weight (body fat). After 4 weeks of 3x/week both Nancy’s lost 5-9lbs of body weight, adding SMM, and both dropping body fat percentages!! I had boosebumps showing their InBody scans both times, anything is possible when you believe in your trainer!
