About Sigal Rosenzweig
I am grateful to have been born into a lifestyle where health and fitness was a top priority. From the age of 5, I have been a classical dancer and gymnast. My knowledge in Nutrition and healthy habits for daily living, combined with my passion for healing, bettering, and enforcing positivity into peoples lives, manifested perfectly into a career as a Personal Trainer, Health Coach, and Group Fitness Instructor.
What sets me apart from other trainers?
Besides for the fitness component, I provide a complete wellness package for every client. This includes nutrition, and coaching on how to optimize overall health for when we are not in a scheduled workout session. I have only successful results with my clients, being that the feeling of care is mutual, and results happen!
My training styles are uniquely tailored to each individual. I am extremely creative, and I tend to make workouts as fun and enjoyable as possible! Whether the goal is weight loss, increase strength, build muscle, improve posture and balance, or even simply to just feel good and become happier, I will without a doubt help tackle any goals! After an assessment, I design the best “prescription” to advance towards all goals. At every age and shape, any level of fitness, can be improved, to help keep us younger, happier, all around healthier, and more agile. I train all ages, children, adults, and seniors.

What they ask for, combined with what they need to improve on. Remove all preconceived notions of what having a trainer is, because I come as an elite trainer, but as a friend as well. Not intimidating, and without judgement. We will have fun, and work on what is needed at the same time!

-I turned an 88 year old man who was fragile into a strong boxer and weight lifter, while also improving his balance, flexibility, and slightly slowing the aging process.
-A 30 year old woman after a gastric bypass surgery weighed 265 lbs, after one year of training with me, she was down 100 lbs, and furthermore, she had never worked out before I met her. She became stronger, and improved her endurance.
-A newly pregnant woman began training with me, and she had the easiest pregnancy of anyone she knew. She is a veterinary surgeon and was able to still work daily and perform surgeries until a few days before she gave birth! She did not experience back pains or fatigue during the pregnancy because she stuck with her workouts.
