As a certified fitness trainer with a specialization in pre and postnatal fitness, fat loss, and corrective exercise strength training, I am passionate about helping individuals achieve their health and performance goals. With a strong foundation in functional movement and strength development, I focus on creating personalized programs that are safe, effective, and sustainable.
My background includes experience in the military, where I developed discipline, resilience, and a deep understanding of physical conditioning. Currently, I am training for a HYROX (mixed division) event, which allows me to push my own limits while gaining valuable insights to help my clients excel in endurance-based competitions. I am also committed to advancing my career by pursuing a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, which will further enhance my ability to support clients in injury prevention and rehabilitation.

In a typical training session, clients can expect a well-rounded, personalized experience that focuses on their unique goals and needs. Sessions typically begin with a dynamic warm-up to enhance mobility and prepare the body for movement. This is followed by targeted strength training, corrective exercises, and functional movements designed to build muscle, improve stability, and prevent injury.
Depending on the client’s objectives, sessions may also incorporate high-intensity conditioning, core strengthening, or flexibility work. Throughout the session, I provide guidance on proper form and technique, ensuring safe and effective execution. I also emphasize the importance of fueling the body with proper nutrition to support performance and recovery.
My approach is supportive and motivating, empowering clients to push their limits while building confidence and long-term habits for success.
