About Ricardo Noriega
I’m a U.S Army combat veteran with a passion for martial arts. I trained Tae-Kwon-Do since I was 9 years old, joined the military and was introduced to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Krav Maga. Then I trained with Dux Ryu Systems Ninjutsu, Muay Thai and Mixed Martial Arts and then I jumped around different systems until I eventually landed in Personal Training and now it has become my passion to take other people in this incredible journey in order for them to become a healthier, better version of themselves!
