Training philosophy

I believe in customizing programs to meet individuals goals and needs. I try to teach my clients the basic movement patterns (squat, hinge, push, pull, etc.) and use progressive overload to ensure my clients are progressing.

A typical session

My clients can expect a challenging but rewarding workout. Intensity levels will vary depending on the individual and their experience level. Clients will typically do a 5-10 min dynamic warmup, followed by resistance training that usually starts with compound movements and finishes with isolation movements.

Client success story

When I was a trainer in Germany, one of my clients was a member of the US Air Force. After six months training, he went from obese to having visible abs. After a year of training he was bench pressing 275, squatting 365, and deadlifting 475, despite barely having any lifting experience before we met.
