Training philosophy

It is my mission to change people's lives for the better, to help them discover their true potential that they might have never thought they have. To me, training your body and mind is the foundation to health and wellness.

A typical session

Expect a session that tests your abilities and capabilities. As the sessions go, expect harder tasks as you improve.

Client success story

Once, I had a client who’s goal was to lose 60 lbs from 280 lbs. This client had a particular problem with smoking. As our sessions went by, I gave my client a series of cardio respiratory exercises to improve his respiration and endurance. There was a point when he even started to go to the park for jogs, and after 8 months of safe and hard work, he had lost all 60 pounds he wanted to lose.
