I have been training for the past four years. I focus on functional training and mobility. I want to ensure you can move with proper form and range of motion before we just throw weight at you. My goal is to ensure your longevity with fitness and health. I also help with Nutrition as this is a big factor when working towards goal. My goal is to build a trusting relationship with clients so they can feel strong, confident and above all love themselves in their own skin!
Hourly rate: $80
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
5-10 minutes of dynamic warm-ups
First set will always be a warm up set at lighter weight to prime you for the weight.
We will work with superset, Drop sets, circuts, and mobility for 40-45 minutes. After training I like to have my clients complete a cool down phase. Static stretches, foam rolling letting the body slowly cool down.
