As a former college player and current high school coach, I know the physical and mental demands of the game. Typical Training Session

Clients can expect each session to be focused, challenging, and tailored to their goals. We start with mobility and activation work to prep the body, then move into strength and power training that builds real athletic performance. Each session ends with recovery work or movement drills to reinforce proper form and reduce injury risk.

1. From High School to Pro Level
One of my athletes came to me as a high school junior barely touching the rim. Within 18 months, he added over 10 inches to his vertical, earned a college scholarship, and later signed a pro contract overseas.

2. Comeback from Injury
A former D1 guard rehabbing from an ACL tear trained with me to rebuild strength and balance. Within nine months, she returned to full competition—faster, stronger, and more confident than before the injury.

3. Life-Changing Transformation
A client who struggled with weight loss dropped over 100 pounds in under a year by combining strength training, mobility work, and mindset coaching. She now runs local fitness challenges and inspires others to start their own journey.
