I am a NASM and AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Coach, and college student pursuing a double major in Biology (B.S.) and Psychology (B.A.). My background in human biology and behavior supports my mission to help others build functional strength, sustainable health, and confidence through evidence-based fitness.
With over two years of experience as an Optometric Technician, I’ve developed strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a client-focused mindset. My 10-year track and field career, including three years at the collegiate level, has given me in-depth knowledge of resistance training, plyometrics, conditioning, and proper mechanics.
Now, I bring these experiences together by leading high-energy HIIT workouts, coaching form, and applying the OPT model to help clients improve mobility, strength, and endurance in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

First and foremost, a client can expect their needs, desires, and concerns to be heard, as it is my mission to help them attain their goals in the most constructive way possible. In terms of exercise, one can anticipate a large emphasis on proper form, correct alignment of the kinetic chain, and developing healthy movement patterns.
