I am a personal trainer/coach that have over 15 years experience as strength & conditioning coach at the collegiate level and have been a personal trainer/coach for over 7 years with specialties in strength training, conditioning, agility training, plyometrics, fit camps, nutrition for athletes, personal training for adults and youths, coaching football in all positions for youths and adults, Aspirations is to open up my own facility to train youths in all sports and coach then up in football for all positions and provide a facility where all my specialties could be used on a daily basis.

A client can expect a warm up and stretch prior to the workout session, then they will do a well organized workout plan to get maximum effort and energy througout the session.
