About Susan Voss
I am very passionate about helping others achieve their fitness and wellness goals. I have been a personal trainer for about a year and prior to focusing on personal training clients, taught yoga and Pilates. I have always been interested in fitness and nutrition, becoming a certified Pilates instructor, creating my own gluten-free granola product as well as practicing yoga and meditation for several years. In addition to these interests, I weight train and Crossfit. All of these activities have contributed to my own overall wellness.
I have a vested interest in the success of my clients and create individually tailored fitness programs based on each clients’ specific goals. I do not take a “one size fits all” approach, but rather create personalized fitness programs that motivate, teach, challenge and engage each individual. My focus is bringing fitness to my clients at their home or residential gym.
Hourly rate: $90

Typical Training Session
After an initial meeting/fitness evaluation and establishing goals and expectations, I will design an overall training method for an individual. A typical training session would include warm-up and stretching, strength and stability training component, cardio component, core exercises, cool down and stretching.
Client success story
My first personal training client had the goals of weight loss and toning her body. (current client as well) has lost nearly30 pounds and has increased her strength and stability and cardio endurance. After our initial assessment meeting, we formulated a plan to balance her nutritional needs and increase her level of activity with a combination of cardio and strength training.
