Typical Training Session
I typically begin each training session with a warm-up involving mobility exercises and dynamic stretching. I then take clients through the most intense exercises first, working the largest muscle groups, and then administer accessory exercises for smaller muscle groups. Lastly, depending on a client’s goals, I will spend 10 minutes on intervals to spike their metabolism which provides plenty of energy for the day.
