About Shahzaad Raja
I help people get stronger, be more confident in themselves, lose weight, and feel better leaving the gym than when they came in. Whether you want to gain muscle, lose fat, build strength/stamina, or just learn how to lift weights – I can guide you on how to meet your goals in a comfortable environment. My biggest motivation is seeing clients transform their body and life through exercise and healthy lifestyle changes. I am also a boxing instructor- so if you want to learn how to box, lift weights, or just get healthier, I can design a program to help meet your needs and enjoy the process.

Typical Training Session
Each session will be tailored to your goals, I’ll be teaching the proper form and mechanics of each exercise. I focus on mostly free weight/kettle bell/body weight training- functional exercises that will build strength, muscle, stamina, or help lose weight.
