About Kat Iaccino


Fitness and Nutrition is a journey for me and as it continues to, its become a lifestyle that I’ve grown to love. I’ve been into working out the last several years doing various routines/regimes while my interests change. I started off as a runner that became fascinated in weight lifting. I found my passion for Kickboxing over 2 years ago. I am interested in learning various MMA styles in the coming months/years. I have been Personal Training for over half a year now! I am working at my certification in Corrective Exercise as well. My goal is to help others not only find THEIR passion in fitness/nutrition but to HELP them in their journey to the best of my ability. I’m an avid hiker and love to Trail Run. I am also a Pastry Chef and have over 5+ years of experience! I enjoy using healthier ingredients when it comes to baking/cooking as it can be a challenge at times. I’m a music lover and love to sing. I’m currently learning bass and music theory within that. I believe the key to life is to be open to trying new things. You may grow to love interests you never imagined you would!

Every single person is different and each person has their own philosophy when it comes to fitness and nutrition. My training philosophy is to understand my clients and not only design a personalized workout routine but to also understand THEIR journey.

Typical Training Session

A client can expect a personal workout routine! Typically a warm up either at the beginning or prior to the workout, a focus on what their goal is such as, Strength training. They can expect a guided workout where i will demonstrate all exercises. I will offer accountability and explanations in regards to what is the exercise doing to benefit them and a more in depth in that. They will gain not only a Trainer but a trainer that cares to help them in their journey beyond the session!
