Hi there! I’m Bridget, a personal trainer based in Chicago. My fitness journey began in 2018, right after graduating from college. At the time, I was transitioning out of my dance career—I had been the captain of a dance team and just stepped down as president of the group. It felt like I was closing a significant chapter and wasn’t quite sure what was next. That’s when I found lifting. I started spending more time in the gym and even hired my first personal trainer. Over time, I fell in love with strength training and the confidence it gave me. Like many people, the pandemic forced me to rethink my routine. I was excited to dive into barbell training, but I had to get creative with gyms closed. I leaned into self-education and eventually began working with an experienced powerlifting coach, which completely reshaped how I trained and coached others.
Hourly rate: $110
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
Every session begins with grounding—connecting to your breath and the floor beneath your feet. From there, we focus on stabilization and core work to set a strong foundation for the rest of your workout. We’ll then move into 2–3 compound lifts tailored to your goals and skill level, followed by accessory movements that support balance, strength, and mobility. Cooldown stretches and intentional breathwork to leave you feeling centered, strong, and reconnected with your body.
