About Nick Kosik

Hi, I’m Nick! Austin native, former collegiate football player, currently working on my M.A. in Sport Psychology. I have always been involved in fitness, growing up in a family owned gym. Not only did I start heavily in bodybuilding and power-lifting, I interned in several collegiate weight-rooms in California, and recently have coached CrossFit for the last 3 years. My specialty includes teaching a beginner, progressing an intermediate, and making a elite athlete more efficient.

Training Philosophy
Smart Goal setting paired with Efficient Training

Training Professionally Since
February 2, 2016

Typical Training Session

Sessions start with a quick consultation of what both you expect from me as a trainer and what I expect from you as a client. This consultation will allow us to set fitness goals we can accomplish together.

Most sessions will have a mix of all training styles with the goal of being as efficient and quick, while still working to your specific needs. Whether equipment or not, it will still be a great, exhausting, and accomplishing workout.

Client success story

As a former College football player, I have currently battled back from weighing over 280lbs.
My previous client success ranges from teaching a total beginner how to do basic calisthenics and gymnastic movements, helping a bodybuilder find success in his sport, as well as teaching an elite level weightlifter techniques that helped them succeed during competition.

Hobbies
I enjoy competing in CrossFit, baking homemade sourdough bread, playing guitar, going on runs with my dog, and spending time with great friends.
