About Nicholas

I am Nicholas Kelly and I have been training since I was 13 years old. I am currently 24, and I started my fitness journey in a regulated environment in the education system. After finishing primary school, I was tasked with taking my fitness into my own hands. Taking full responsibility of my health and fitness has taught me more than I imagines possible. I have worked as a personal trainer for over a year now with a Master’s degree in Exercise Science. In the short term, I plan to get a job as a Cardiac Rehabilitation Specialist. Upon accruing enough money, I will open my own wholistic training facility in the central Texas area.

Training philosophy

Training should be wholistic. No matter where you start, three things should be integral; training should be rehabilitative, preventative, and progressive. Movement is medicine.

A typical session

My clients will get someone who is passionate about exercise and that energy radiates from me. They will find themselves putting in the perfect amount of effort and intensity guided by yours truly. They can obviously expect workouts tailored to their specific goals.

Client success story

My client, Cheslee, came to me wanting to grow her legs, specifically her glutes. She asked, “can you help me or not?”. I said of course I can and we took a walk, discussing her goals. After gathering what she expected out of all this I asked, “why do you have these goals?”. That information I will not disclose but once I knew her why I was able to motivate and shape her into the athlete she expected to be. I was able to hold her accountable to her own why. I was also able to show her that people fall in love with their end goal when they need to fall in love with exercise itself. That is the only way to achieve the end goal.
