I once had a client who had multiple mobility issues, over-weight, severe Thyroid condition, as well as was battling cancer. So workouts had to be very particular and careful. We were able to regain mobility, as well as get weight down to a healthy size, get the thyroid under control, plus she is now living cancer free for the first time in years. Now I my self can not take credit for all these things directly of course Dr’s and medicine played large part but what I can say is before we worked together she was making little to no progress, and by the end of our time she was healthy and happy, I am very proud of her and the work we put in together.
