Irene Tapia

My passion for health and fitness, coupled with my massage therapy and yoga background, led me to becoming a certified personal trainer with the American Council of Exercise. I strongly believe in creating a balance between working in the gym to enjoying outdoor activities with friends and family. over the past 8 years it has given me great satisfaction to pass along my enthusiasm and knowledge to those wanting to adopt a healthy and active lifestyle. Applying my knowledge and expertise, I tailor programs specifically for each individual and their goals. Using different modalities such as TRX Suspension Training to H.I.I.T. keeps the training sessions fun and challenging.

In addition to being an avid personal trainer, and participating in many avenues of health and fitness, I am also a professional aerialist and aerial coach. The time I spend in the gym training, keeps me strong and safe while on a trapeze or aerial silks. What are your activity goals?
