I’m ready to meet you where you are in your fitness journey. I believe in finding the right program to help you “get fit and stay fit inside and out”! Our bodies were meant to move and I love helping people find the movement that moves them. I create ever-changing, unique workouts that are challenging yet appropriate and fun for you to keep your body guessing, mind engaged, and get you the results you want! It’s about a holistic approach to fitness so you can become the healthiest and happiest version of you and sustain it throughout your life.
Hourly rate: $90

We start with a dynamic warmup and then usually start circuit training comprised of strength, cardio and core exercises done at a quick pace. We use a variety of equipment and every workout will be different session to session. We will do a lot of compound movements utilizing multiple muscle groups to make your workout more efficient. I love turning your movements into functional fitness exercises which are more effective in the real world. You will definitely work hard and break a sweat even if it’s a bodyweight workout!

I have an old back injury that wasn’t diagnosed until after my first child was born. I did months and months of physical therapy and pilates to strengthen my core. I got pregnant and had my second child in July of 2012. Two weeks after our daughter was born, I could hardly get off the floor or lift her due to excruciating back pain. After 9 months of physical therapy, I was released to do weight training and cardio exercises. I started training with Ann Marie one year ago and cannot imagine my life without it.
One year ago, I couldn’t jog one step. I couldn’t jump. I modified every exercise and was convinced I would live a life with chronic pain. With a lot of hard work (and early mornings), I am now in the best shape of my life and pain FREE!!! I have lost 14 pounds and gained back more than I ever thought possible. I can even run now and am running my first 5K this month!
