Train out of your home – The trainer comes to you.
Hello! My name is Abby and two of my passions are exercise and sharing with others what I’ve learned. I love pushing my mind, body and spirit to see what it can do. I spent 20 years training in the sport of Track and field. During my career, I was able to accomplish 2 NCAA All-American honors as well as represent the USA at the 2008 IAAF World Indoor Championships. I have been coaching and training people of all ages and skill ranges over the past 10+ years. I would love to see how I can help get you to your goals.

A typical training session includes a warm up where we can check in with the clients body and energy/stress level. We will then go through a program that is specifically written out for the clients unique goals and that follows an over arching plan for successfully reaching those goals. Throughout the session there will be will feedback and cues to help the client achieve and maintain proper form which will allow the movements to be more effective and efficient while reducing the chance of injury. The session will end with some stretches and foam rolling so that we can help with recovery before our next session.
It’s been a privilege to be given the opportunity to help so many people with their goals. Two of my favorite transformations I’ve been part of was a librarian who had never really lifted any weights. When we first started, she was shy and timid with the movements and unsure about her abilities. Week by week, we worked on form and slowly building strength. Over that time her confidence started to grow and she began to see her weight lifting numbers grow. She has now gone on to compete in weight lifting meets and has been empowered by tapping into her inner strength.
Another favorite transformation came from an older woman. She was past her 70’s and didn’t have much experience with weights. She came in because she was losing strength in her entire left side and it was starting to impede her quality of life. We started with basic range of motion drills to help get her balance and coordination stronger. Over the course of a year, not only did her strength come back, she began to lift weights and do agility drills better than people 10+years younger than her. Her confidence grew and she even began to dance between her exercises from the excitement of regaining strength of her body.
