I started my fitness journey when I entered the military 10 years ago, now I use it you maintain my health and live any active life that I want to pursue. I’m sober now going on five years, and being active has helped me over come challenges with that. I’ve done everything from running 5ks, to gain weight to put on mass to having to lose 30 pounds.
