About Leilani R

Hi! My name is Leilani, and I bring over 10 years of dance training—primarily in ballet—into everything I do. I’ve worked as a substitute dance instructor, creating supportive, high-energy classes for students of all ages. My background in movement, combined with my current studies in Biomedical Health Science at Saint Leo University, has deepened my appreciation for how fitness supports both body and mind. I’m passionate about helping others build confidence, stay motivated, and feel good through movement. Whether it’s through structured routines or fun, energetic sessions, my goal is to create a welcoming space where every client can thrive!

Training Philosophy
My training philosophy centers around balance, consistency, and confidence. I believe movement should be empowering, not intimidating—and that the best results come when we combine proper technique, a strong mindset, and a genuine love for progress.

Training Professionally Since

Typical Training Session

Clients can expect a positive, structured, and engaging session tailored to their individual goals and fitness level. Each session starts with a dynamic warm-up to safely prepare the body, followed by targeted exercises that focus on strength, mobility, and overall endurance—with proper form always being a top priority. I keep the energy high, offer plenty of encouragement, and make sure clients leave feeling challenged, accomplished, and more confident in their abilities. Whether we’re working on technique, building stamina, or just having fun moving, my goal is to make every session feel productive and rewarding.

Client success story

One of my favorite success stories comes from my time as a dance instructor, working with two students who were just starting out on pointe. It can be an exciting but challenging transition, so I made sure to give them the focused attention, encouragement, and technical guidance they needed to build both strength and confidence. I walked them through exercises to improve ankle stability, corrected their alignment, and celebrated every bit of progress—no matter how small. Over time, I watched them grow into strong, graceful dancers who felt proud of what they’d achieved. That experience reminded me how powerful patience, support, and personalized coaching can be in helping someone succeed.

Hobbies
Besides ballet and dance in general, my other favorite hobbies include cooking/baking, tennis, and crocheting!
