I’m a former D1 track and field athlete from UNC-Chapel Hill, where I earned my degree in Exercise Science. After years of competing, I turned my passion for movement and performance into helping others unlock their own strength. With over 7 years of experience and certifications in personal training and corrective exercise, I work with both athletes and adults to help them move better, feel stronger, and perform at their best.
Hourly rate: $100
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
A typical training session depends on your goals and where you are in your fitness journey. Overall, each session starts with a check in of you’re doing physically and mentally that day to determine if any changes need to be made for the current plan for the day. Then we proceed with a warmup targeted specifically for the day’s workout and then ends with stretching/mobility.
I’ve had clients lose 20lbs in 5 months and a client, who wanted to gain weight, gain 10lbs in 3 months. Most recently, I had a client go from barely being able to do 3 pushups to doing 20 pushups in about 3 months.
