I am a former High School Track and Field athlete, turned ISSA Master Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, and Genetics-Based Program Designer specializing in Cardio-Kickboxing and core-based strength and conditioning coaching. Since 2025, as a Certified Sports Nutritionist and Health Coach, I offer science-backed nutritional strategies focused on creating unique adaptations and sustainable, holistic habits to maximize performance and recovery. I deliver on elite technical instruction with over 10 years of award-winning service experience, ensuring you receive high-touch, personalized support. I also help you build strength and resiliency for maximal long-term strength gains. In Kickboxing classes, I lead high-energy sessions and teach self-defense skills at an elite level progression. My Group Training thrives on a collective energy, capturing the balance of fun, grit, and results, leaving you feeling unstoppable.

Fun, Fun! My mission is to move you beyond generic workouts by designing hyper-customized fitness plans tailored specifically to fit your lifestyle and your DNA. My coaching spans body composition analysis, cardio kickboxing, and genetics-based design. A typical training session with me is a focused, results-driven hour designed to maximize time and effort based on your own genetic makeup. The client can expect each session to be a collaborative experience designed specifically to harness an individual’s holistic well-being. The client will have the most extraordinary dynamic warm-up to start. The main portion of the workout will be a combination of exercises and/or techniques that challenge and inspire you to go beyond physical and mental hurdles. Every session concludes with a comprehensive cool-down, an opportunity to discuss triumphs and improvements. And More Fun!!
