Training Philosophy
Intelligent, intent, intensity. Exercise/train with intelligence, train a client/exercise/muscle with intent, and have a why behind every decision. Train every client/exercise with the right focus/purpose and intensity. Be deliberate with every rep

Training Professionally Since
January 3, 2012

Typical Training Session

Each client should expect expert knowledge of anatomy and physiology and biomechanics. I have hundreds of regressions and progressions of any exercise for all fitness levels. I train every client at their current fitness level but with intensity, In a safe environment.

Client success story

I’m currently training a 81 year old client who came to me relying on his walking cane to get around. After 3 months, he no longer uses his cane, and lives an independent lifestyle. He can front squat holding a 40lb dumbbell for 15 reps and says he’s in the beat shape he’s been in a long time.

Hobbies
Working out, I play the guitar, and I have a dog who I love.
