About Logan
Hello my name is Logan, I am a dedicated fitness professional with over 6 years of experience in the gym and over 10 years of experience in fitness. My journey started with sports at a young age playing basketball and baseball. I developed a deep understanding of physical fitness and how it can positively impact one’s life. I then began working out and fell in love with weight training where I continued to progress and gained knowledge about how the body works. I’ve always had a desire to help others and that is what drove me to get my EMT and Fire certifications. I volunteered as a firefighter for a handful of months and that is where I decided I wanted to continue doing something related to fitness and the gym. I dedicated my time towards getting NASM certified as a personal trainer in order to contribute my time towards helping others feel better about their health and wellness.
