About Bailey

I have been a fitness coach for 5 years, and I specialize in corrective exercise. This means I work best with clients who have been held back by pain or injuries. If you’re someone that has a nagging pain spot or are hesitant to continue on your fitness journey because you’re afraid of getting hurt, I will help you break through those barriers. I’ve dealt with it on my own fitness journey so I know what it takes to help you with yours.

Training philosophy

I believe the best fitness program is one that is both effective and enjoyable. You can put together the "best" workouts, but if someone doesn't feel encouraged to do them, they're not going to work. I always check in to see if my clients are satisfied.

A typical session

My sessions have lots of communication and I make sure to get a run down on any obstacles you may be facing like pain or motivation. I pay a lot of attention to form to make sure that the workouts are as efficient as possible and not increasing the risk of more injuries. I’ll push you and encourage you, while also making sure to listen to any objections you may have.

Client success story

I had a client who had both scoliosis and lordosis. She had tried trainer after trainer, class after class, and it always left her in pain. She had avoided seeing a one on one trainer because she was worried it wouldn’t be enough motivation for her, but after a few months of working together, we had come up with exercises (for back, core, etc.) as well as a plan for how she could still exercise socially to stay motivated. She claimed it was the first time she was able to stick to a consistent workout schedule without having a back pain flare up, and still feel like she was enjoying it.
