Manisha N

My name is Manisha and I am a certified yoga teacher from San Diego, California. I provide personalized one-on-one yoga sessions, group yoga to celebrate, and corporate yoga classes to encourage employee engagement and community within the workplace. For accessibility, I provide my classes and events in-person and/or virtual. I strive to promote an inclusive and accessible environment where all ages, abilities and sizes can build and maintain a strong yoga practice. My goal is to not only help my students get their bodies moving, but to provide breathing techniques to relieve stress, anxiety, and/or chronic pain. Please read the descriptions for each of my offerings as they include information about what to expect. For more information, please reach out to me directly. Love, light, and warmth, Manisha

With a consistent yoga practice, healthy habits and wellbeing can be achieved.

All of my classes will have a specific intention, focus, or theme in mind that will guide the sequence of movement and techniques used. Understanding that all bodies are different, I provide modifications to help students find what feels good to them. Props will not be required but keep in mind for Hatha and Restorative classes you will need a yoga mat, and for chair yoga classes you will need a sturdy chair. Also, for each class be sure to bring a bottle of water with you. Please reach out to me directly if you have any questions, or if you would like to purchase any of these items prior to your scheduled class. I strongly promote inclusion and the belief that all individuals can start a yoga practice at any time in their lives. I encourage all ages, abilities and sizes to try my yoga offerings. I offer one-on-one, group, and corporate yoga classes. Particularly with one-on-one classes, I aim to make it personal. I will work closely with you to understand your goals and what you would like to learn or focus on. For group yoga classes, I will work with you to understand how to best celebrate your next event. And lastly, for corporate yoga classes I will provide a variety of session structures that you can choose from which will encourage employee engagement and community within the workplace. If you are interested in corporate yoga classes, please reach out to me directly and I can provide you with the pricing details. My offerings are held in-person at your location or at public areas such as parks and beaches. For greater convenience and accessibility, I offer virtual classes as well. These are coordinated and held through various platforms such as Google, Zoom, Skype, and FaceTime to name a few. Additionally, I am currently working on obtaining studio space where I can offer one-on-one, group classes, and events. I will communicate more about this once a space has been decided upon. If you have any questions, I invite you to reach out to me directly. Love, light, and warmth, Manisha
