You name it I’ve probably done it! From triathlons to ballet, from kickboxing to aquatics, and from barre to barbells, I’m game to try it and teach it all! I’ve taught fitness for over 30 years and currently specialize in personal training and strength training both in the gym and in the pool. I have experience working with all levels from the newbie gym member who’s just learning the ropes to those looking to elevate their fitness to the next level, to those recovering from injury who need customized and progressing programs.
Hourly rate: $90
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
I design a custom warm up and activation series based on clients’ unique goals, and then we will progress through the main portion of the workout whether that’s strength training, cardio, flexibilty/mobility, or something else. My mission is to be responsive to how my clients’ bodies are feeling on any given day and meet them where they’re at. We typically end with a cooldown stretch or mindfulness moment or both.
Lots! From helping several clients manage their workouts while taking GLP-1 medication, to helping a hypermobile client overcome her fear of movement and injury, to helping many clients manage chronic aches and pains and get stronger with each session, to I like to celebrate every win along the way. I am your fitness cheerleader!
